Marianne handles the operations of the Summersville Arena & Conference Center. She negotiates all contracts, catering and also serves a meeting and wedding planner for events.
Linda assists in the absence of the Executive Director. She also serves as the Financial Officer for invoicing and payment.
John oversees the maintenance of the facility. He is also responsible for all set up arrangements as well as audio visual equipment and sound set up.
Myra is the lead chef and manages the kitchen and the concessions. She designs all the menus and prepares and oversees the food preparation and service.
Brandi assists Chef Myra in the kitchen and serves in her absence. Brandi also is the lead baker and prepares desserts, specialty cakes and wedding cakes.
Carol oversees the linen service and designs all centerpieces. She also decorates the facility seasonally and helps with set ups for meetings, banquets and weddings.
